DEFECTIVE TRANSMISSIONS: must be stated.  Misrepresentation of the vehicle voids the sale.  Transmissions must have all working gears, and no slipping while shifting into gears.  Once approved by the auction, the vehicle is then, sold as-is.

The law requires that the title of a vehicle must be in the name of the  seller.   If the owner of the vehicle cannot be present, the person representing the owner of the vehicle must bring in an appointment of agent form along with there picture ID.  Forms are available in our office or Secretary of State.  If the vehicle sells, a check well be, made to the person on the title.  No Exception.
All vehicles and titles must be at the auction no later than 6:00 pm the day of the auction; this gives potential buyers the opportunity to inspect your vehicle.
We can only register a vehicle when you bring in the title.  A registration fee of $60 cash is due at the time of registration.  If the vehicle sells and gets paid for that night of the auction, there is a additional seller's fee that's taken out of the payoff check.  Payoff checks are issued the following day, only after full payment; or if forfeited, a forfeit check.  Please note that the purchaser has 48 hours to pay off the balance, once the auction gets paid then we pay the seller.  Vehicles that did not sell the first night of the auction can rerun the following auction without paying other registration fee.
You may or may not need to be on the auction block when your vehicle is up for auction.  If you are not there to represent the vehicle, we will need a minimum reserve price for your vehicle, so we can represent it.  If your vehicle sells, and you feel there is a dispute over the selling price, the auction's word is final with no recourse.
If your vehicle sells, please go to the office immediately and sign off your title.  The purchaser has 48 hours to pay off the balance.  If your vehicle did not sell, you may pick up the title in the office.
