Buying a car at Freeway Auto Auction is quick and convenient, with many vehicles to choose from all in one location, no need to drive all over the country trying to find a vehicle that fits your needs and price range.  Auctions are held every Monday & Wednesday at 7:00 pm and inspection starting at 6:00 pm.  Come early to take advantage of the great deals.
   Buy like the dealers do and save a lot of money.  Freeway Auto Auction offers wholesale prices as opposed to retail prices weekly, brand new vehicle trade-ins, donation vehicles, repossessions, dealer consignments, public consignments, plus other companies.




Freeway Auto Auction is open to the public and it is not necessary to register
before bidding.  You must be 18 of age in order to bid on a vehicle. 
Minors have to be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to sign a consent
form.


   A
successful bid means that you have committed yourself to buying the
vehicle for the price mentioned.  In case of dispute over any bid the
auctioneer's word is final.  If you have the winning bid,
CONGRATULATIONS!  Proceed directly to the auctioneer and
present your ID and $200 cash deposit.  Deposits are
nonrefundable and can not be transferred to another vehicle.  You will have
an additional two business days to complete your purchase.  Your signature
on the Bill of Sale constitutes a legal and binding contract of purchase for
said vehicle.


  
After signing your bill of sale, please proceed at that time directly to the red
"Key Shed" located in the parking lot.  Once our staff has taken your
vehicle for a courtesy drive, you will return inside to the auction
office.  Our clerks will calculate your balance, including sales tax, title
fee, documentary fee, buyer's fee and if applicable, any license plate or
transfer fees.


  If purchasing a license plate, we will need to see proof of insurance in
your name.  If transferring a license plate, we will ask for your current
valid registration to that plate.


Cash is only accepted on
Monday and Wednesday, during auction hours.  After the night of the
auction, you will be asked to pay any remaining balance by way of money order or
official bank checks.  We do not accept any cash, personal
checks or credit union funds.  

ALL vehicles are sold AS IS and WITHOUT warranty.


The
person whose name is on the Bill of Sale must sign all paperwork and have a
valid ID or driver's license.  Michigan law requires that in order to have
a title placed in your name, you may not have 3 or more alcohol related driving
convictions.
